We currently only accept credit or debit cards. We do NOT accept cash.

Given the life span of balloons, we do not offer exchanges or refunds. If, however, you have any problems with your products or services, please call the store and ask to speak with a manager.

Balloons can last from hours to weeks depending on type, size, and environment. Latex balloons typically last ~10-12 hours, while foil (also known as Mylar) balloons generally last ~72 hours.

Yes! There is a fee, but you can absolutely bring your own balloons to be inflated.

Yes to the Lafayette + surrounding areas! Arrangements need to be made with the store, so please call or stop in to discuss the logistics.
