You’re welcome to come in the same day or place an order in advance. We recommend ordering ahead for larger quantities or if you’d prefer not to wait while we fill them. Filling usually doesn’t take long—it just depends on how many customers we’re helping at the time.

Yes! There is a fee (varies by size and pricing starts at $2.50), but you can absolutely bring your own balloons to be inflated.

Balloons can last from hours to weeks depending on type, size, and environment.

Our latex balloons last up to 18 hours.

Our latex confetti balloons last up to 6-8 hours.

Our foil (also known as Mylar) balloons last 72+ hours..

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and tap to pay. We do NOT accept cash.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any purchases. If, however, you have any problems with your products or services, please call the store and ask to speak with a manager.

Delivery may be possible depending on staff availability. Please call or stop in to arrange details.

YES! We offer table and chair rentals. We have round tables, rectangular tables, and folding chairs.

Tables are $8/day OR $12/week
Chairs are $3/day OR $5/week
Bundle (1 Table + 6 Chairs) is $20/day or $80/week

We do not require a deposit; however, a valid credit card must be kept on file which authorizes us to charge applicable fees if items are not returned, returned late, or require cleaning or repair.
